On March 21, 2013, the Day of Ecology, in front of the school Joakim Krchovski from Kriva Palanka, the Green Flag was raised, as a sign of the obtained status of Eco-school. For the successful implementation of the Ecological Program, all teachers, students, the Parents' Council, the Local Self-Government, the local communal enterprise, the local media, as well as the local business community were actively involved. Also, the school cooperates with the World Foundation for Environmental Education, the national operator for all programs in our country, OHO, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Macedonia, as well as the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
The ceremony was accompanied by a short performance, prepared by the students from our school, as well as a short address by the school principal Mr. Dragan Ristovski and the mayor Mr. Arsencho Aleksovski. Now the school is one of the 37 schools that are recognized worldwide that offer different opportunities and ways to cooperate with other schools, both in the country and abroad.
